Abstrak Lansia adalah seseorang yang telah berusia > 60 tahun dan tidak berdaya mencari nafkah sendiri untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya sehari-hari. Usia lanjut ditandai mengalami kemunduran biologis seperti yang terlihat gejala kemunduran fisik salah satunya mengalami kemunduran kemampuan kognitif. Menurunnya kemampuan fisik mengakibatkan lansia menjadi kelompok berisiko tinggi dalam penanganan masalah Kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia dengan senam lansia. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada tgl 13 oktober 2023 di UPT panti social Rehabilitas Penyandang Disabilitas Mulia Dharma. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari 3 tahapan (persiapan, pelaksanaan, penutupan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa. Senam lansia di ikuti sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan telah terlaksannya senam lansia sehingga kualitas hidup lansia menjadi lebih baik. Kesimpulan pelaksanaan senam lansia dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia.

Posyandu for the elderly is a place of health services for elderly people (usila) in a certain area. Posyandu for the elderly according to Law no. 13 of 1998 is a forum for services to the elderly in society which focuses on health, psychological and spiritual services, fulfilling nutrition so that the elderly can meet their needs and have adequate social welfare. However, the utilization of posyandu for the elderly is still very far from the target of 90%. Objective: Helping the people of Sungai Bemban Village, especially the elderly of Karya Baru Hamlet, Sungai Bemban Village. Method: This community service was carried out in Sungai Bemban village, Kubu sub-district, Kubu Raya regency on 19-20 September 2021. The target was the elderly. The activities carried out were health checks and elderly exercise. Results: There were 18 elderly people who took part in this pos dilan activity with the majority (72%) experiencing high blood pressure, cholesterol (44%), blood sugar (33%). Conclusion: Dilan Posyandu activities went smoothly, the participants looked enthusiastic about taking part in the posyandu, as well as the cadres who provided support, while most of the elderly did not attend because the examination location was quite far from the elderly's homes.

PEMBUATAN DAN INSTALASI JAM WAKTU SHOLAT DAN SISTEM PENJERNIHAN AIR DI PONDOK PESANTREN HIDAYATUL MUSLIMIN 1

The community service program is one of the knowledges implementation activities to be useful in the community. This program is also can be used as socializing the D-IV Study Program in Electronics System Engineering Technology (TRSE), Pontianak State Polytechnic to the students in high school. The location of activities was Islamic Boarding School of Hidayatul Muslimin 1 Islamic Boarding School, Kubu Raya Regency. This school including orphanage, Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Junior High School), and Ulya Equivalency Education (High School Level). This program was carried out using service learning method by providing practical technology implementation and brief training on the use of the technology provided. The activities include were build-up dan installations of Prayer Time Clocks (JWS) and water purification systems for wudhu at the Sulaiman Mosque (for female students). In addition to the installation, the school was also given socialization about the installation and use of JWS and the importance of clean water in student’s daily activities. The implementation of this activity, it is hoped that the TRSE Study Program of Pontianak State Polytechnic can be widely recognized and bring more benefits to the community.

PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN SISWA MENGENAI PRODUK INDUSTRI MELALUI PENGENALAN KONSEP CAPSTONE DESIGN PROJECT

Project-based learning is considered important for developing student character because it provides students with the opportunity to learn through experience (experiential learning). The Project-based Learning (PjBL) model is a learning model that involves students' activeness in solving problems, carried out in groups/independently through scientific stages with certain time limits which are outlined in a product to then be presented to others. Starting from 2022 to 2024, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) provides three curriculum options that can be applied by educational units in learning, namely the 2013 curriculum, emergency curriculum and prototype curriculum. The prototype curriculum has been implemented in 2,500 educational units that are members of the Driving Schools and Center of Excellence Vocational Schools program in 2021. However, starting in 2022, educational units that are not included in driving schools will also be given the option to be able to implement the prototype curriculum. The capstone project is a culmination of the learning process by applying what has been learned in the learning process. Innovation and product development is something that companies rely on to be able to progress and compete in the industrial world. Industrial products will ultimately be produced in a manufacturing system where everything becomes more complex. Insight and knowledge regarding capstone design projects through training to introduce the stages of the product and system development process. Community Service activities have been carried out with vocational school student participants showing enthusiasm and increased knowledge regarding the capstone design project.

PENYULUHAN TENTANG PENGGUNAAN METODE KONTRASEPSI JANGKA PANJANG (MKJP) PADA WANITA USIA SUBUR

Long Term Contraceptive Method (MKJP) is a contraceptive method that works for a long time and has high effectiveness in preventing pregnancy. The use of contraception is one of the effective efforts in the Family Planning Program to control fertility or suppress population growth. In its implementation, efforts are made to ensure that all contraceptive methods or devices provided or offered to the public provide optimal benefits. In choosing a method, a woman must consider various factors, including health factors, potential side effects of a method, and the consequences of unwanted pregnancy. However, contraceptive use among women at young and old ages (risk age) is much lower than for women aged 20-39 years (non-risk age). Family Planning (KB) participants are women of childbearing age (WUS), one of whom uses contraceptive methods/methods for the purpose of preventing pregnancy or better known as acceptors. This community service implementation was carried out in Kediri Village Gading Rejo Districtand followed by 25 women of childbearing age. The methods used in health education are lecture, discussion and question and answer methods using flip sheets. It can be concluded that the education day regarding the use of MKJP can increase awareness and interest among women of childbearing age to choose to use long-term contraceptive methods and understand the many benefits of using long-term contraceptive methods.

PROGRAM TRAINING DUTA BAHASA SEBAGAI AGEN PENYULUH BAHASA DAN LITERASI

The Indonesian Study (TBI) of FTIK IAIS Sambas also supports educational programs, especially in efforts to promote literacy in Sambas Regency. One of these programs is manifested in sending delegates to West Kalimantan Language Ambassadors every year which of course requires training and implementation of literacy advocacy for the benefit of the community. The purpose of this community service is to invite language and literature ambassadors through training and program implementation to support community literacy in Sambas Regency. The author uses service learning methods that are in accordance with andragogy (educational theory for adults) which is implemented through public speaking, personal branding, and pageant manner training. The result of the training was 2 delegates to the quarantine stage with one person who won third place. The Language Ambassadors 2024 representing Sambas Regency have contributed by implementing literacy programs in the campus and public. The training program was continued by the IAIS Sambas Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) which was handled and funded directly by the Student Reasoning and Creativity Center.

EDUKASI INOVASI LEMPOK UBI JALAR SEBAGAI CAMILAN SEHAT CEGAH STUNTING

Hasil SSGI menyebutkan Stunting di Indonesia sebesar 21,6% (2022). Angka tersebut mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2021 sebesar 2,8%. Penurunan angka stunting ini juga terjadi di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, yaitu dari 29,8% (2021) menjadi 27,8% (2022). Namun angka tersebut masih diatas angka stunting Indonesia. Kegagalan memberikan nutrisi dan stimulasi yang cukup dalam 1000 hari pertama kehidupan anak akan merusak potensi mereka di masa mendatang. Salah satu aspek penting dalam nutrisi balita adalah memperkenalkan makanan padat, yang juga dikenal sebagai makanan pendamping ASI atau MP-ASI. Salah satu sumber makanan bergizi adalah ubi jalar yang banyak dihasilkan di Kecamatan Sukadana, Kayong Utara. Ubi jalar kaya akan vitamin, mineral, serat, dan karbohidrat kompleks. Tujuan kegiatan memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan sumber daya ubi jalar sebagai camilan sehat untuk mencegah stunting. Metode Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terintegrasi dengan kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) mahasiswa Politeknik ‘Aisyiyah Pontianak bekerjasama dengan BKKBN. Pelaksanaan kegiatan di Desa Sungai Pampang Harapan, Kecamatan Sukadana, Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Target capaian pada kegiatan ini adalah menghasilkan inovasi berupa produk camilan berbahan dasar ubi jalar yang memiliki manfaat bagi masyarakat, memiliki nilai ekonomi dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, serta membantu mencegah stunting. Kegiatan edukasi inovasi camilan sehat bergizi berbahan dasar hasil bumi Desa Pampang Harapan berjalan lancar. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari ibu bayi balita dan kader posyandu. Ubi jalar berhasil dikembangkan menjadi lempok/dodol yang memiliki manfaat dan nilai ekonomis, serta sebagai inovasi pemberian makanan tambahan dengan camilan bergizi bagi anak.

PENDAMPINGAN IBU DALAM PENINGKATAN BERAT BADAN ANAK KURANG GIZI USIA 6-24 BULAN

Kenaikan berat badan yang tidak sesuai usia menyebabkan terganggunya pertumbuhan anak bahkan berisiko kurang gizi. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini agar ibu menyusui yang memiliki anak kurang gizi usia 6-24 bulan dapat melakukan pemantauan pertumbuhan anak.

Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan pada bulan Oktober-Desember 2024 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pesantren I Kota Kediri. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dibagi menjadi 3 tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Data keaktifan peserta dan peningkatan berat badan dikumpulkan 2 kali yaitu sebelum pendampingan sebagai data pretest dan sesudah pendampingan sebagai data posttest.

Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan sebelum pendampingan sejumlah 83,9% peserta aktif, sesudah pendampingan seluruh peserta (100%) aktif dalam kegiatan pemantauan berat badan. Sebelum pendampingan, sejumlah 83,9% berat badan anak tetap, sesudah pendampingan, 77,4% berat badan anak naik.

Kegiatan pendampingan dapat meningkatkan keaktifan peserta untuk datang melakukan pemantauan berat badan anak. Pada kegiatan ini dilakukan pemantauan pertumbuhan anak, edukasi pemberian ASI sampai 2 tahun dan cara pembuatan makanan pendamping ASI sesuai dengan usia bayi.

TRANSFORMASI KOPERASI KONVENSIONAL MENUJU KOPERASI SYARIAH DI MAN KOTA SINGKAWANG

Cooperative in Indonesia has a vital role in the national economy, especially in improving the welfare of members and society. MAN Kota Singkawang has a student cooperative called At-Ta'awun Cooperative. This cooperative was established initially as a conventional cooperative. However, the cooperative management saw that many members had different needs and preferences over time. Some members want a cooperative that is managed based on Islamic Sharia principles. The cooperative management intends to transform the At-Ta'awun Cooperative into a sharia cooperative. The method implemented in this service is seminars and discussions with the At-Ta'awun cooperative management with IAIN Pontianak. The result of this service is that the understanding of cooperative members regarding the concept of sharia cooperatives has increased rapidly. They now understand the fundamental differences between conventional and sharia cooperatives and the benefits and opportunities offered by sharia cooperatives.
