Background: Sectio caesarea (CS) is a surgical delivery process where an incision is made in the mother's abdomen (laparatomy) and uterus (hysterectomy) to remove the baby. Fulfillment of post-CS nutrition is very important to accelerate the healing process. Purpose: to determine the effect of education on nutritional fulfillment on maternal knowledge in the post-CS wound healing process at RSIA Muhaya in 2023. Method: This study used a quasi-experimental research design with pretest-posttest without control group. The sampling technique used in this study used nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 22 people where mothers with post-CS will be given an educational intervention on nutritional fulfillment to improve maternal knowledge in wound healing. Bivariate analysis using the Paired sample t-test. Results of the study: The results of the study in this study were that there was a significant difference in respondents' knowledge between the pretest and posttest with a p-value of 0.000 which indicates that the p-value is smaller than α (<0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of education on nutritional fulfillment on mothers' knowledge in the process of healing post-CS wounds between pretest and posttest, so that education on nutritional fulfillment in mothers with post-cesarean section is very effective in the process of wound healing in mothers. Conclusion: Education on nutritional fulfillment is very effective in being given to mothers who undergo cesarean section surgery in order to support their wound healing process.
